MINT Carers Group (Mental Health Integrated Neighbourhood Teams)

MINT  Carers Support Group is held on a monthly basis on the second Tuesday of every month (except August) from 5.30-8.30pm and the structure of the group is that a presentation by a speaker providing some educational information to Carers at the start of the group, with all refreshments provided and the group then becomes more of a social event for Carers to network with each other.
