Umeed Wellbeing Hub offer a free and accessible warm community space on Tuesday and Thursday from 11am-2.30pm at the Community Jasmin Centre located at 88A Lancaster Road, Southall close to bus routes: 207, 427 and 607.

We provide a warm and friendly atmosphere where you can be yourself, enjoy a hot beverage, attend range of activities including singing, light exercise, quizzes, art, relaxation therapy and more.

We provide a range of facilities, amenities and activities including toilets; hot drinks; newspapers and magazines, free wi-fi and use of computers.

We offer translation services for issues relating to benefits and housing in Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi.
