Heartlink Ealing is an organisation created to help and involve heart patients in Ealing, Southall, Greenford and across West London.

It is made up of recovering heart patients, carers, family members of patients as well as those wishing to learn about cardio-health, help “spread the word”, and get involved in group activities, public health awareness & other activities.

Clinical staff provide the necessary medical support, but don’t have personal experience of living with a heart condition and the physical and mental challenges that can bring. Many of Heartlink’s members live with heart conditions themselves so know what you are going through.

We provide everything from a good heart-to-heart to practical advice and support. We meet on the first Thursday of every month at 6.30pm in the Post Graduate Lecture Room, Level Three, Ealing Hospital. We run a monthly support Hub for our members in a community hall on the Southall/Greenford border close to the Hospital.

We have a dynamic social network, an education programme and a support structure that is a lifeline for heart patients and their families. We help people who are lonely and isolated and advise patients about care.

We also work in the wider community and with key health partners to promote services and facilities for all heart patients in the borough of Ealing.
