This information was last updated on: 30/04/2024

Since 1982, Dementia Concern has provided services in Ealing for people living with dementia and their carers.

This support helps people affected by dementia to live as independently as possible through practical assistance and information.

Plus, by offering a selection of groups, clubs and events, Dementia Concern helps people stay socially connected and physically active.

The organisation currently works with 1,300 people with a diagnosis of dementia and 945 carers.

Dementia Concern is proud to be the first dementia charity to work directly with the NHS and local GP network, offering a helping hand at any moment to Ealing residents affected by dementia.
