Our warm community space takes place on Wednesdays 9.30am-12.00noon and Fridays 9.30am-1.00pm in the Church Hall at Southall Baptist Church, 20 Western Road, Southall. The hall is located just off Kings Street.

The warm space will provide a venue where older adults can meet and socialise. Gentle exercise will be available along with hot drinks refreshments. The warm hub will mostly be targeted at those aged 60 years or over. The Warm hub is for current members but also open to new members.

People are invited to drop in or come and stay for the whole morning. We have good links with the other local community groups and have a GP surgery next door who are able to refer patients.

We currently work with StayActive4Life who deliver Strength and Balance Classes at the venue. We will also look to link with other community organisations such as Southall Community Alliance and Let’s Go Southall.

We provide a range of facilities, amenities and activities including toilets; free wi-fi; newspapers and we invite other local organisations and health professionals to attend and share advice, information or guidance including Social Prescribers and physios from Ealing Day Treatment Centre.

Donations are welcome as we want the warm hub to be sustainable and ongoing, we do not want to rely only on external funding.

We are close to bus routes: 105, 195, 482, E5, H32 and 120.
