Mael Gael provides a free, accessible warm space, from Monday to Friday between 10am-4pm. 

We run a day centre at Norwood Hall in Southall close to bus routes 120 and 482.

Currently, our elderly group focus on loneliness, isolation, mental health, well-being. Our ladies group focus on keep-fit, Befriending, social interaction and cultural events.

Our Community Gardens & Food Growing Project looks after our green space, healthy eating and lifestyle. We provide nutritious vegetarian meals and our volunteers are fluent in Punjabi. 

We provide a range of facilities and amenities including toilets; baby changing facilities; hot drinks; magazines and newspapers, free wi-fi and charging facilities for phones and other devices.
