National Volunteers' Week is an annual UK wide celebration of volunteers between 1 – 7 June. This year marks 37 years of recognising the contribution of volunteers to communities during this special week in June.
During an exceptionally difficult year, people from all walks of life around the UK have taken the time to volunteer and made a huge difference to people and their communities – just as they do every year.
We’re running an online session in collaboration with Ealing & Hounslow Volunteer Centre, as we discuss, the role of volunteering and the act of ‘giving’ to help with feeling more positive about life.
Throughout the session, you will hear from some of the fantastic community and voluntary organisations in Ealing, promoting their volunteering opportunities.
This session will be streamed live on our Do Something Good Ealing YouTube channel. Remember to set the alert to be notified once the session starts.
