Ealing Ethnic Minorities’ Network
A network to ensure the voices of ethnically diverse communities are involved in decisions to address public health inequalities
With the co-ordination of Ealing Community and Voluntary Service, the Ealing Ethnic Minorities’ Network is a supportive platform to ensure that the diverse communities within Ealing borough are well-connected and supported regarding public health.
The network provides an array of resources, advice, and guidance, along with frequent updates about specialist opportunities, co-location, partnership development, and training. Key messages and opportunities are regularly communicated to the network, while member voluntary, community and social enterprise groups and other service providers can share their best practices.
As part of the network, member groups receive practical support in developing business and fundraising strategies to maximise their external funding opportunities.
Network meetings are held once every two months.
Criteria to join the network
Ethnically diverse community groups/organisations, organisations providing key services to underrepresented communities, supporters, allies and statutory and non-statutory agencies.
