About this project

MindFood is an Ealing-based community interest company that supports people with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and stress to improve their wellbeing through gardening and horticulture.

We run our courses from two sites in Ealing: on Tuesdays we’re at Horsenden Hill Farm near Perivale tube station, and on Fridays our sessions take place at the Cleveley Crescent Allotments near Hanger Lane tube station.

Our free 6-session Growing Wellbeing courses are designed to be a fun balance of learning how to grow a wide range of fruit and vegetables, while picking up tips and techniques on how to improve wellbeing. When participants complete this course, they are rewarded with a free group visit to Kew, and gain access to the more gardening-focused sessions we call Plot to Plate.

Tuesdays at Horsenden Hill Farm

10am to 12.30pm - Plot to Plate

1pm to 3.30pm - Growing Wellbeing 6-session courses. Latest start dates are 17th April, 29th May, 10th July.

Fridays at Cleveley Crescent Allotments

10am to 1pm - Plot to Plate

1.30pm to 4pm - Growing Wellbeing 6-session courses. Start dates are 13th April, 8th May, 29th June.
